I chose these in particular because they are positive in nature and reinforce what I always try to be not only with my own persona (in my personal life and in my professional life), but also with those around me.

I think it is so important to maintain positive relationships with those you associate with in the workplace - colleagues, customers, team members, subordinates, management, etc. Even under the most stressful circumstances - or should I say - especially under stressful circumstances, having a positive attitude, being encouraging and leading through example can make all the difference in the world.
